Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 📌 IMPORTANT: All new client appointments require a card on file before the appointment is accepted. Your card WILL NOT be charged before your appointment unless you fail to cancel within our policy. ✔️ You’ll receive an appointment reminder 72 hours before your scheduled time. ✔️ A confirmation text + email will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. 💖 We respect your time, and we ask for the same in return. 🚨 Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment.
